When bidding a project please keep this in mind:

- Where is your event? Additional mileage & travel time will be billed out at .55/mile
- How will the images be used? Advertisements, Billboards, Brochures, Anual Reports, Website, Social Media ( facebook, Twitter & etc)
- How long will the images be used? 2 Years 5 years?
- What is your budget?
- What is your specific shot list?
- What is your time line?
